• Unused Photos: If a photo is retaken or not used for analysis, it will be deleted from our system within 7 days.
• Used Photos: Photos that are used for verified color assessments or 1-on-1 consultations are securely stored as long as the user retains their consultation history, unless the user requests deletion.

3.2. Protection of Your Information

Images are stored securely in a cloud strorage platform with data transferred over HTTPS. Only our backend system has access to the uploaded images, and strict access control measures prevent unauthorized access.
